1. How are the apartments equipped?

The apartments feature a compact fitted kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooktop, as well as a private bathroom and a sleeping area with a bed and wardrobes.

2. What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum length of stay is 6 months.

3. When is the earliest possible move-in date?

The tenancy can start on the 1st or 16th of the month.

4. What services are included in the service charge?

All utilities, including internet access, are included in the service charge. There are no additional costs.

5. Is there a rental deposit and how can this be paid?

The security deposit is equivalent to three months' net rent and must be paid by bank transfer to the owner's deposit account.

6. Is it possible to keep pets?

This is generally not preferred, as the apartments are furnished. However, requests can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Is there a car park and what is the charge for parking?

A space in the underground garage costs €110 per month. The car park is very spacious and there is direct access to the stairwell.

8. Is there a bicycle storage room?

Yes, there is a bicycle storage room on the ground floor.

9. What grocery stores and leisure amenities are located locally?

Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find Edeka, Aldi, dm, Rewe, Denn's, and Lidl. The Frankfurt City Forest is located directly next to the building, making it ideal for walks and outdoor activities.

10. How far is the nearest public transport stop?

Bus and tram stops are located directly outside the building. The nearest S-Bahn station is about a five-minute walk away. You can also reach the airport quickly by tram.
